No the Basketball rug is actually missing from this update, it seems they messed up somewhere along the line, so no.

you get thanksgiving from Jet Car Jump
You get the basketball room from All Washed Up

The basketball themed furniture was included in the October Update but it was not accessable in game, the assets (graphics) where in the game, but just not "win-able"
