its no real surprise, im sure they like to save here and there on animation costs. Its all done with flash, so why not? Bloo does have about a hundred minions if i remember correctly

Yes, Cy can. He did i nthe pilot; when everyone was coming down becuase there was to be an adoption, Cy changed colors from orange to red, a morphing type of chnage, not a glitch. And everywhere else he's shown as being green. So unles was have some major animator lazyness on hand here...
