The Cartoonstitute is more-or-less a modern day What-A-Cartoon show, for those who are old enough to remember that. It’s going to be a bunch of miscellaneous shorts created by a wide array of writers and directors.

As I recall the Powerpuff Girls started as one of those WAC shorts (that's where I first saw it, at least). Maybe we'll get lucky and one of the Cartoonstitute shorts will turn into the next Foster's.
