Not sure on that one. Frankarella Psychadellic appeared in the episode "The Bloo Superdude and the... something or another party that he's not invited to" that aired in Europe about a week ago.

In the episode, Bloo is sick and imagines himself as the Bloo Superdude, trying to get to Mac's birthday party. He ends up getting everyone sick, including Frankie, and at the end of the episode Frankie imagines herself as Frankarella Psychadellic, protecting herself from the evil aliens.
