I've never tried to dye my hair- my hair is sort of a dark auburn, though, so I'd have to bleach it.
I have had my crazy curly hair chemically straightened, which was fine for a while, but I'm back to my curls now. I got to the point where I could straighten it with out getting it chemically done in about fifteen minutes with the flat iron, so yeah. -Marty
