For Halloween outfits, if there ever was one I wanted to see drawn on Frankie it would definitely be Misty from Pokemon. It's a simple and yet attractive outfit and Frankie's already a red head so you already got a step up in that area.
The Powerpuff girl thing would be kind of funny, ironic actually. Also Frankie would make a down right delicious Ariel the mermaid  .
