Bloo on The Sims 2!!! (Not mine)
I found this download page once, it's really Bloo for the Sims 2!!
 I did not make this, but I believe it is quite rare even if you search for it on Mod The Sims. http://nene.modthesims.info/download.php?t=131544 It's an outfit for the Kids lifestage.
