Well, after 7 months of waiting for the bobblehead to be shipped to me, it appears Funko is no longer making any CN bobbleheads. Or perhaps, they never actually did, and the pictures are just of demos. I've been getting emails periodically from the seller on eBay, apologizing for the delay, but explaining that he hadn't gotten them yet either and of course, he couldn't ship them out if he hadn't gotten them yet. Today, 7 months later, with great regret, I got two emails, one from the seller apologizing again, and saying I'm getting a refund, and another from eBay saying basically the same thing. Dangit Funko! Too many people and companies are turning their back on our favorite show, and have been even before it ended.
I've got to appreciate the seller though, he did seem sincere and helpless as the situation was out of his hands. I imagine he had others who got Funko stuff from him who are irate. But I think he handled things well, so he still gets a thumbs up from me. And on the plus side, I suddenly have $20 I didn't have yesterday.

I got the same two emails today. Quite a letdown but not the seller's fault. I guess that about wraps it up for new official Foster's collectibles.

Just in case you're wondering, the reason these were not released is because retail order were way too low. Initially places like Target and Walmart were interested, but when CN canceled Foster's, interest dropped all together. Funko made production samples to show to prospective buyers, and I was fortunate enough to get my hands on these 3. I don't have an Eduardo unfortunately.
I've got fully painted and boxed production samples of Mac, Bloo, and Cheese wobblers that Funko was going to make but never got around to manufacturing for retail. They're exactly what would have been released, they wobble and everything. While I love these guys, times are tough, it also doesn't help that I'm one of those people who goes nuts at the thought of not having a complete set. I'm willing to sell these, obviously they're quite rare, so if you're seriously interested feel free to shoot me a PM, perhaps we could work something out. Thanks for the update, Orpheus. Yeah, I figured the few that did end up seeing the light of day were just demos. Wow, so they're rare collectors items now. Though I'd consider myself a collector of anything Foster's, I don't know if I'd want to pay a "collectors item" price. That's quite the nice collection you have, though.

Whelp, they're on eBay if anyone's interested, part of the money earned will go to the Haitian relief effort.

Wow... Yup, that's a collector's item price alright. Bummer. I'd much rather pay the $20 I was originally going to pay.
