You can almost see the oncoming 18-wheeler in his eyes.

On the emotional side, here's one from Simpsons I really love (the episode is Lisa's Subsitute):
Lisa overhears Homer and her teacher's conversation about good male role models (Homer isn't one) - Homer just blows off her teacher's comments and Lisa just looks over her shoulder with such a withering look of disgust.

These all come from the Animaniacs episode “Chairman of the Bored”, which happens to be one of my personal favourites. Here, the Warner siblings sneak into a celebrity-packed Hollywood gathering, only to bump into a complete nobody named Francis “Pip” Pumphandle, who spends the rest of the episode following them around and forcing them to listen to an exceedingly long-winded and tangent-ridden anecdote about the time he met Bob Barker. Pip of course is voiced by the Grand Master of the Monotone Himself, Mr. Ben Stein. It undoubtedly says something about how sad I am that I find everything he says to be strangely fascinating. But then he does bring up cats and orchids, which are two of my all-time favourite subject matter.
I singled this one out primarily for Yakko’s expression, though Pip’s expression is priceless too of course. Below are a trio of increasingly-exasperated expressions pulled by Wakko when he’s left shaking hands with Pip: Yes, Pip was a truly awesome character. He later put in a killer reappearance for the Pinky and the Brain finale "Star Warners". There, as I recall, he was some sort of torture expert. Oh, and while we're at it, you can add my current Foamy avatar to my list too...nothing says pure and utter happiness quite like a rabid mongrel gazing up all starry-eyed at a lampost, I find.

I miss the Animaniacs. I'd watch it on YouTube but my WiFi connection is rarely reliable enough to watch a whole episode of anything. Haha, Pip's expression is such classic WB! Of course Yakko and Wakko's are great too, I miss those little guys (and Dot).

Is this not the most badass image of Katara you've ever seen?
From the episode The Siege of the North Part 1

"And for the ladies. Rrrrrow!" I have no emotional reasoning behind this - it's for the lulz and Ferb's a real ladies man. Hahaha (Thanks to Phineas and Ferb Wikia!)

Frankie Foster does this a lot, but it is so adorable. Her eyes wide in surprise, and those long eyelashes - so endearing.

In watching "World Wide Wabbit" tonight, I noticed it's full of Mac making fun annoyed expressions.
Haha, this is my favorite! He's soooo irritated here, with his scowl and his arms tightly folded. You can just feel his annoyance. And again, especially compared to Frankie and Bloo laughing as hard as they are. And here his eyes are so big, like he's in shock! He just doesn't know what to do! Poor Mac!

Here's a Scratte expression from Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs which I particularly love:
I find her expression here funny, but also kind of chilling. At first glance, it looks like she's just happy to be falling side-by-side with Scrat (and his infamous acorn). It takes on a somewhat more sinister slant when you're aware that she's actually just played a trick on him. You can watch the full scene, if you haven't already seen it, in the teaser trailer here. That Scratte is certainly a devious one. I really do gotta love her for it.
