If you're referring to Hinata4's current sig image, it's from Store Wars.

You know that's the funny thing about liking a character so much. You find that even things that are not supposed to be cute or likable look REALLY sexy on a character. Like when Frankie was dumped in butter and being hugged to death by Bloo and Eduardo in "Cheese a-go-go". I just thought she looked cute like that.
And even though she was crapping her panties in the "Blooooo!" episode from being locked out, I kind of thought she looked cute even being freaked in that episode too. Only time that something bad happened to her I didn't like at all was obviously, with Goofball's antics forcing her to scrub the floor for the "depressing montage".

I didn't much care for the "I'm such a loser" scene in that revisionistic The Little Peas, either, although Gooftard was certainly worse. But you're absolutely right about how feelings can make a difference when you look at someone. I've alread posted about that subject regarding a woman I used to know named Beth so I won't repeat that here. Another example I know of comes from an episode of Frasier, during the story arc where Daphne gained an awful lot of weight. Everyone could see it except Niles, but maybe he just didn't care; he was seeing the woman he loved, who he'd been in love with for so long. Who she was had become more important than how she looked, and no matter how heavy she got she'd always be beautiful to him. There's an important lesson in there about how human beings see each other.

I'm sure a certain percentage of Frankie's cuteness may come from Mr. Mackracken's penchant for cute characters (the Powerpuff Girls come to mind). But, as been stated countless times before, the wonderful personality that was made part of her character is what really draws you in.

I think if it were anyone else but Grey Delisle breathing life into Frankie Foster (Personality), I would never watch the show.

I think Frankie is overlooked at times by the foster crew, she gets way less self-centered episodes than the other characters. She has been giving a bit less screentime in some eps and none at all. I think its because more children are attractied to the IF's than the human characters. But the adults like me like the human characters like frankie because of the lifelike personality they have.
I swear that some people in IR are like frankie. |
