Talk about good service...
Wow...and here I was just blowing off steam. I didn't think Lauren Faust would actually read it...ah, Never Forgotten is great.
Anyhoo, thanks a lot for clearing things up, Lauren. Like I said, I fully understand that Rome isn't built in a day; I would wait any amount of time if that's what it takes to create something that will live up to the extraordinarily high standard we've come to expect from the show. Good things come to those who wait, and all that; we know you guys are busting your chops behind the scenes to get us our Foster's fix, and we know it'll be ready when it's ready. It's just the waiting in silence that's so tough! As for the blog thing, I can totally empathise with that - I'm always forgetting things and then feeling too ashamed to fix them, except that I don't even have an excuse for it; I'm just a waster. If you all close the blog down it'll be a shame, but I certainly wouldn't judge anyone for it... Again, thanks Lauren, and roll on May 4th!

It would be a shame to see the blog shut down, but it's understandable, if that's what is done to the site. Anyway, thanks for stopping by again, Lauren. Many of us understand that you guys are working hard.

Thank you very much for the response, Mrs. Faust!
I understand about the blog shutting down - overworking oneself is NOT good. Taing short breaks to avoid burning out ultimately means less time lost than if you do burn out - take it from personal experience, as about half of the people I work with did *not* take that advice (including the office manager, whoi managed to cripple herself out of commission for three months). We're looking forward to the new episodes, and I'm sure that everyone is relieved to hear that new episodes *will* air! Thanks! |

I'll wait until May 4th for the new episodes. I need a breathe or two.

And there was much rejoicing.
*faintly* Yay! (Betcha didn't know I was a Monty Python fan back in the day. See Monty Python and the Holy Grail or Spamalot for that reference.)
