It's sorta odd that Wilt just says "..." for some reason. XDD

Yes, it looks like it's pointing to Zockzy, but it was really Wilt who said that. XD

A bunch of the characters do that, actually. It's usually followed by humming or laughing. It is interesting to note, however, that Wilt has both types (laughing and humming).

Yeah, she laughs like a maniac, and talks really fast. I believe she's saying "I had an idea!!"
