Unhappy R. I. P. Brittany Murphy

Actress Brittany Murphy died early this morning from a heart attack. She was only 32 years old.

We've lost one of the good ones.

I have to confess, I've never seen any of her films, I was only familiar with her because of a Paul Oakenfold song she sang on (yeah, she did a bit of singing too). Very tragic though, no age at all really.

When I read this one, it was a total shock. Clueless was one of my favorite movies growing up. R.I.P. Brittany Murphy, you were a freakin' awesome person.

I got home from work and turned on the TV, and on the bottom of the screen in red was "Breaking News: Brittany Murphy dies of a heart attack." WHAT???? She was my age!!! MY AGE!!!!!!!!!! NOOOOOO!!!!!! It just can't be! I loved her, in Clueless, Uptown Girls and Newlyweds, along with Jennifer Garner, she's probably my favorite actress. I'm so sad and in shock. NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

RIP Brittany, you'll definitely be missed. Especially by me.

I think I realized how bad I really am about this sort of thing:

Usually, it's someone I'm not a fan of (as is the case here), but after finding out that she was from one of my favourite movies, Sin City, I too felt bad! I really hope her character isn't slated to appear in Sin City 2, otherwise it's not going to end well. EDIT - Yep, she's in the sequel. It's now the case of new casting, or be written out.

RIP, Brittany Murphy

This just really sucks I mean its like Heath Ledger all over again, she was SO VERY young I mean really really young. I almost couldn't believe it. I have seen her in Sin City and I loved her work in Drop Dead Gorgeous and even though I haven't seen most of her other leading roles, i can't believe she's gone. I can't believe we lost so many talented people this year.

Especially so close to 2010, well R.I.P. Brittany Murphy, this really bummed me out and it always sucks to lose someone so young and so soon.
