Fist of the North Star has several particularly good ones.
This one makes a great desktop image. And now I'm never allowed to post in this thread again.

Continuing my recent post in the Cartoon Crushes thread (if anyone did read it!), this is one of the many reasons why Jessie will always remain in my heart. The smile that she has when she sees Woody staying with the gang, it's just so sweet and beautiful. It really warms my heart.

There's something about seeing the look on a guy's face when he gets kissed that's really funny, and Mickey Mouse is no exception:
It either generates 'Aww', or laughter. For me, it's the latter. From Mickey Donald & Goofy: The Three Musketeers

I always say that The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack is one of those shows that I can watch on mute and still laugh because of all the weird faces the characters make. |

nice thread, I'll think of some more to go one here.
My profile image is one of my favorite Fosters examples- I love that huge adorable smile on Mac's face, and the large open eyes. The look is full of excitement and joy, and it is nice to see him so happy as he is quite mature for his age, and gets annoyed/frustrated in other episodes. That he is so delighted by toy cars reminds us he is a kid. Bloo, however, has an awesome miserable sulk, as he is determined to end all fun (a trip to the water park was canceled, and he was really looking forward to it). Their eyes are both perfectly focusing on the blue car. I'll go and look for more.

Having seen the Ben 10 episode Big Fat Alien Wedding recently, two things became favourite moments from that episode. The Ben/Gwen dance getting interrupted by Grandpa, and this:
I can only imagine how Gwen would deal with Grandpa Max dressing her up!
