CN used to sell these on their site but they haven't been available there for some time. They're the same ones that Sparky has posed with the cereal box in the "Foster's Cereal" thread (post #44). Wilt stands about 4 in / 15 cm tall.

Is that a recent ebay photo? I tried ebay for any Foster's collectables and only got the banners.

The item appeared on eBay just a few hours ago so I'd guess that the photo is recent as well.
