In this tale (on sale Sept. 26), Mr. Herriman engages in a mission of cleanliness after reading of an impending superflu epidemic. Story by Scott Underwood, pencils by Robert Pope, inks by Jeff Albrecht.
Also in this issue are The Powerpuff Girls (drawn by yours truly) and Ed, Edd & Eddy (drawn by Scott Neely).

Okay they don't have #38 so they're going to try and get that one for me, but it turns out they had gotten this one in at the comic shop but they just didn't call me.
Anyways, this story features Mr H having a flashback to when Madame F created him - and why he is the way he is! I'll scan it in as soon as I get the time.
