Block Party #36 - "Tat-Bloo"
In this comic book escapade, Bloo wants a tattoo after meeting a biker with a tattoo of his imaginary friend. Mac obviously tries to dissuade him. Written by Amy Rogers, pencils by Stephanie Gladden, inks by Phil Moy.
This issue also has The Grim Adventures Of Billy & Mandy (which I drew) and The Powerpuff Girls (drawn by Phil).

I can imagine Bloo having a tattoo, I don't know which one though...

He'd probably get one of himself, saying "I'm awesome". I can definitely see him do something like that.

Just picked my copies of this comic up, and...so close! He does try to get a tattoo of himself, just not saying anything. The best part of the story is Bloo's imaginings of the future with Mac (still looking like a kid of course) as a biker with a beard, sunglasses and...cowboy hat.
