Default Norwegian desktop Bloo

Not sure if this belongs here, but it's somewhat a bit of a game. I was browsing the Cartoon Network sites of different countries, and there is a little desktop Bloo that you can download on the Foster's minisite.

Right now he's walking around on my screen, having a good time. You can pick him up, and that's about it. But he does a bunch of different stuff. There's sound with it too, and you can choose to hide him if he gets too annoying.

I dunno, I just thought it was a little fun thing to download, probably for a limited time, since Foster's will be ending soon.

Though... I might see if I can copy the source code, and create my own desktop game. Maybe have a bunch of different characters available to play with, with a bunch of different stuff to do with them. It would take some time and dedication, but I'll have some time over the summer to work on it before I go away to college. who knows.

Here's the link (click on the thing that says "Klikk for Foster's Somethingoranother"):

And a screenshot of my desktop that Bloo broke:

Thanks...I wonder if this is like that "Bloo on your cellphone" thing we heard about some time back (if I'm remembering correctly anyways).

Got it, and thanks!

I see that in Norway they call Frankie "Frida".

That is so cute, I love it! I remember a similar program called "Felix" and it was a little black cat who'd wander around my screen and get into mischief. Hehe, yeah I like it when he knocks on my screen and breaks it. And when he trips and he and Mac start laughing at him. The sounds coming with it are cute, too. Especially Mac's laugh and Bloo's yawn.

Edit: You can move him, too! I remember you could do the same with "Felix". And he can walk on top of any window you have open. He loves going for a ride across your screen, just look at his face!

I don't think you can turn him off, but if you want to hide him you can right-click his little icon in the corner of your task bar, and click "Skjul Bloo".

I keep him open a lot but when I'm busy drawing I want him to disappear. XD

Craig did a masterpiece at making him lovable but annoying.

I just let him do what he wants. (Wish they had him say random things evertime you touch him, like on the FFHP. That would make it perfect!)

Oh, and no Herriman interaction! At the very lest they should have had Edwardo and Coco do something too. (Though I would prefer my Herriman, with a side of Frankie)

Bloo already has a guy in a cell phone suit. Why does he need my phone?

She's referring to an app for cellphones. Sounds like it was similar to this computer application.

Aw, I haven't used the desktop Blooregard since that first day. Frankly, I'm a little afraid of using it since I can't read the menus for it, and I'm afraid I'm either going to mess it, or my computer, up somehow. I can open and close it ok, though. It is a very amusing little app.
