Fosters Bus.
Thanks to Sparky for the images. They helped loads.
Unfortunatly, here in the UK it's difficult to get hold of a decent sized model of an American School bus, so instead i used a model short camper van The things i want to change on the next one i make, are to use the white backing paper for the front decal, instead of clear, as this will show up the colours better . Also, i'll aim to use a lighter pencil, so that hopefully the lines won't be as visable. I was going to colour in the side windows, but thought they looked okay in the white. The rear was my own imagination. That was until i caught an episode today in which i saw the rear of the bus, which is why i added the logo. What does everyone think ? Opinions, good or bad, are always worth hearing Daz Last edited by baabaa; 07-30-2007 at 03:22 PM. |

It's very cute! Nicely done too, wonder how big the bus was? If only we could get an actual bus with this paintjob... anybody got a VW Bus they want to turn into a Foster's Bus? XD

Extremely cute, Daz! I'm sure your son will adore it to no end! I sure would.
Yeah, wouldn't it be awesome if someone turned an old schoolbus into the Foster's Bus? It could be the official fan vehicle for the Con in years to come!

That is awesome! I'd buy one if I saw it in stores. It looks just like the Foster's bus.
Awesome job! |

Thanks for the comments. It's just over 4 Inches long x 2 Inches wide x 2 Inches high.
I did have a mad idea of painting up my classic Mini Clubman Estate in the bus colours, but think that could prove quite pricey .... would look good though My son has been itching to play with it for days, but yesterday was the first time he could ..... he's already making up stories involving all the Foster's crew Daz |

The bus looks cool! It would make a good toy. The shape of bus reminds me of the Mystery Machine from the Scooby Doo shows for some reason.
