My good friend and longtime member Howard is another year older today, and is not currently logged in so I'm hoping he's out celebrating with a large slab of steak and a hefty baked potato. And a heaping helping of broccoli, because veggies are important and full of nutrients.

Anyway, happy birthday, dude! Hope it's going well!

Cass, and all of you: Thanks so much for the Happy Birthday!

It was a great one. My father and his wife, my two good friends, and me had Thai food. I went to my mother's house yesterday, and we spent the day together. I spent my Birthday weekend among friends, good food, and entertainment.
