Default R.I.P Pavarotti...

At 5:00 AM this morning, Pavarotti, the great tenner, passed away at the age of 71 after his battle with pelvic cancer.

It's a shame really. The world has lost a great man of culture and ability. He will be missed.

PBS won't be the same without him. Those pledge drives where he used to sing his heart out were the highlights of weekends long past.

I wasn't really surprised when I heard this earlier. He was in pretty bad condition R.I.P. to a man of GREAT talent. He will be missed.

Indeed very sad news. I love the "Three Tenors". He had an awesome voice. He will be missed by us here, too.

Mr. Pavarotti's passing didn't really surprise me much, knowing that he was battling cancer, and that he had recently be admitted to the hospital. May he R.I.P.

It's always sad when someone passes from this life.

An interview I heard regarding Pavarotti's career deemed him to have perfect pitch. There aren't many people blessed with this quality.
