A really old but fun episode; I'm curious whether anybody could tell me what the joke is with Gumbo, the "shady" monkey card trader with cinder blocks for feet. He asks for a ton of gum from Bloo, and in the end credits, he is shown floating high up in the sky using the gum bubble.
Is it supposed to be some movie or pop culture reference? I just didn't get the joke.

The question in OP has been answered, but I'll add that this episode is a viewing pleasure. It's in B+ tier.
