I like that, very flattering.
I personally think the waistline is a bit high, but I can't see it too well since her arm is in the way. It looks like there's a belt, and the belt is lower than the actual waistline of the skirt. If the belt is accenting her waist more than the actual skirt waistline, it's just part of the style and would look better. Other than that though, I like the coloring on her, and the ribbing affect of the skirt. It looks like a clingy polyester blend that a lot of skirts are made of. It's a rather flattering material if it's cut right.
I like her wedges, too.
