I watched Where There's a Wilt... on a Japanese site called nicovideo.jp. I'd learned about it on the forums (here) and tried it out. You have to sign up, and I needed to keep going through translate.google.com, but it worked, and I enjoyed it. Only I couldn't understand a word of what was being said except for (please forgive my mispelling)
