Spoiler Below To get Wolf you have to complete the subspace emissary and then go back to the ruins level. When you're at the descending platform near the end of the stage, you will come across a door. Skip that door and you will come across a second one. Enter that door and you will be challenged by Wolf. Defeat him and he will join your party and be unlocked.
