That's not necessarily just a "Frankie" thing, as it says something about inconsistencies in how the animators draw humans in this world in general.
I liked this episode, I think it was much more "Foster's-like" than some of the previous ones (although I realise that no matter how we may feel about any episode, it's still Foster's). I hope to have it uploaded soon, the desktop computer's processing the file so I can edit it right now.
