Haruka Tenoh... Sailor Uranus:
Part of a set I picked up recently. The set did not include either Saturn or Pluto but did have a second Neptune figure without the repaint, and a Chibi-Usa figure as well. Unlike a lot of the figurines I've aquired recently, this one is posable, somewhat; her right arm is movable and can be raised, like she was waving. Rather nice, I think, especially considering that the set itself was comparatively cheap, probably because several of the figures had display stands with the wrong names on them.
