Her entire outfit was repainted by the previous owner, who did a heck of a job. Figures of the Outer
Senshi are a bit harder to come by than those of the original five Sailor Scouts and tend to command higher prices as a result. The worst of the lot is Sailor Saturn; I recently saw an anime Barbie of her go for around $80.00. I shudder to think what a really high-quality Saturn figure might cost. Michiru (Nerissa in the English version) cost me roughly $30.00, including shipping; she's quite lovely in person, as the paint has a slightly pearl-like luster. Rather fitting for the Sailor Scout who represents the sea.
