Great gosh O' Mighty, I just had to BUMP this thread to show you something I found on cosplay.com from a user there who is a colorist for the DC Cartoon Network books.

Yarrrrr, Bloo-feared the Pirate, and he even left an e-mail if people were interested on how to make one.
