Almost.
Actually, Bloo was trying to get his roomies to join him in the paintball tournament and trying to encourage them by saying how he thought of "everything". He'd do it before Mac gets out of school, and while Frankie and Herriman were at a Home Improvement seminar. Wilt asks "What about Madame Foster?" and Bloo says "What, do you think I'm stupid? Turkey coma." No one understands what he's talking about, so he explains that he makes 45 turkey sandwiches, Madame Foster eats them and she's out like a light. And then from the credit scene (which I just now saw today), Madame F. wakes up in the middle of the night, and is disappointed that she missed the paintball tournament.
