The IF album was expanded a few months into the game
The Bloo and Mac album was expanded back in the begining of this year in prep for the current updates
The arcade in the house was actually expaned several times. It originally could barley hold the first 6 mini-games.
So it is not a matter of the ability to expand, it is more of a issue of no hints of preperation for expansion.
