From what I remember of YGO! No, he's not.
I believe that 5 star monsters must have a sacrifice to be summoned yet 4 stars do not. If that true (I can't remember if 4 or 5 is the limit x.x) then 1800 ATK is really not worth it, Wilt would never find his way into one of my decks unless he had some
super special awesome support cards. 1800 ATK would be good if he was a 4 star though. Back when I still played 1800 was pretty much the limit before the monster would be bumped up to 5.
They are lovely cards tho XD not all that useful, but if they were real They would find a place in my collection, specifically the Frankie one =D~
