She's not in every episode, though.
I don't catch many PBS Kids cartoons much anymore though because I'm always at work. But I've liked
Arthur since its debut in '96. I feel it's getting old now, though, and Marc Brown is running out of ideas. Yup, the episode you mentioned is one of the newer ones. Perhaps it's time for him to hang up his hat.
As for what I'm watching right now, the local news. Blech...
