Of course, your average cop has much better things to do than bother with such nonsense but this wasn't true recently when a young teenage girl was given a fixed-penalty-notice for drawing rainbows on the pavement in chalk. The culture of arbitary target-setting was blamed but really.....lawman have you no shame? Protect your community! There are folks being robbed and killed in the cities. Besides chalk disappears when it rains, which it does constantly!
