Yeah ORD is right, they allowed taping at panels where no footage was going to be shown. It would be too hard for them to enforce people taping a panel *except* for any exclusive footage. But I am one of the guilty ones at last year's Con where that's exactly what the case was (it said right in the booklet, you may tape anything but images on a screen) - not only did I post the panel minus the sneak peek at Bus the Two of Us to Google Video, but I posted the sneak peek footage separately directly on fosters-home.com. So...it's because of people like me that they cracked down in the first place.
