You find it in the snow-covered place between Mt. Coronet and Snowpoint. Its behind a house. I actually stumbled upon it.
Im working on my national pokedex. My old friend had 386 types of pokemon(that was all of 'em a few years ago) and like 2 of each(at least, his cousn had some cheat thingie)on his game. He would trade all sorts of pokemon to my sapphire version just for the heck of it. Im sending em over to my pearl version. Not to mention I have Leaf Green and Emerald too.
