I remember when Pablo Honey came out they got really bad reviews in the stoopid music press and my friend Emma wrote them a letter saying she didn't care and thought they were the best. Bless them they wrote back to her and said it had made a lot of difference to them. She's probably still in touch with them, dunno. Been a few years.
They always try different things rather than rely on a tried and tested formula. I respect that a lot. Pity about the David Cameron thing though.
