Gah.
Just finished watching my football (soccer to you) team Liverpool in the final of the European Cup against AC Milan...we were all hoping for a repeat of the same fixture two years ago, when we miraculously came back from 3-0 down at half-time to win it. Not this time: 2-1 to Milan.
Not even a great match...on balance we were better than them, but we just couldn't score until it was too late.
As I said: gah. I'm pretty down now, so I'm going to sleep it off. Maybe next year...
