Something very strange happened today!!

Ok, so it was windy out.... HELLA-windy. Seriously, like, dangerous-to-drive windy. I work in a somewhat drafty building, and once the wind blew so hard that it blew all the doors open and blew our dry-erase board down!

Eventually, I noticed it was getting weird-looking outside, and within about an hour, the sky was ORANGE. It looked like dusk, and it was about 2:30 in the afternoon. It was even partially blocking out the sun.

Turns out, the wind had picked up a lot of dirt from a field that had nothing but orange-ish red dirt, and with all of it in the air, it made the sky turn from blue to orange. It lasted for about two hours, but after that, it was clear and pretty out.

I've never seen that before!
