Well...at least a couple have been shown at the bottom of the screen during eps (I have screengrabs of these on my BFAHP site). others have been guessed at, and still others have been discovered through people cracking the game programming and then distributing them.
I would assume that the ones shown in the eps are the only ones CN would prefer we actually know.
