Well to be honest, I find there is a line between physical attraction and social attraction. There are LOTS of toon girls I have been attracted to by their looks that have personalities that either rub me the wrong way or are like I said, sexually agressive or over confident.
Physical attraction happens mostly even when we don't want it to, it's more a matter of physics, tastes actually, the personality though affects more of a commanality in our liking towards women. The sweet thing about Frankie is that she is sweet through and through, she's never intentionally mean or rude.
As far as agressive women go, I'd suggest you don't cut out all women because of that trait Vox. The way I have see it, it's the women that actually change their persona or act "humbled" if you will by something. Like if a bad ass girl actually blushes or gets nervous and does something like that.
That is a sign that the person isn't all hardcore, too good to be loved, sex queen crap and something much more. Videl from Dragon Ball Z for example. She's a very agressive girl and can be difficult, but she has moments where she shows kindness, appreciation, and love, proving she's human after all.
The less you see of that sweet, bumbling, humbling attitude is what decreases our attraction to the person, or at least for me anyway. Android 18 from the same show is a prime example. She's pretty damn fine, but the fact she's more rude and agressive then she is nice is a major turn off.
Luckily, Frankie doesn't suffer from that problem. Goo had a similar problem like this until MBION.
