Are you talking about capturing a picture of your computer screen? If so...
1. Hold down "Shift" and press "PrtSc"
2. Open up an image editor like "Paint", or "Adobe Photoshop"
3. Hold down "Ctrl" and press the "V" key.
OPTIONAL: Do whatever you want with the image.
4. Save it.
