That's why I love voice actors over "real" celebrity's. They are real people and infinetly more interesting them all the Tom Cruse's and Nichole Kidman's out there.
Animated characters have this appeal to people. Be it something as shallow as them haveing perfect bodies that can only be obtained from an animation cell, or the character of the character itself. So much love and care is put into so many wonderful characters that it's hard not to become attached, or even attracted, to them.
I don't let my friends or family know about my cartoon crushes because they would be quick to riddicule me. The most common responce you get is "Dude, their cartoons!" and then you're told you need to get out more.
Granted, some people can take a cartoon crush a little too far...
