Dunno if it's related, but Mark Evanier says that a group called the Westboro Baptist Church will be at the Manchester Hyatt to protest Al Gore's appearance there Thursday (presumably because of his infidelity issue, but the group had planned this protest
before that happened) and then make their way to the convention center to--as Mark tells it--just get some camera time for themselves when the TV stations cover the convention.
