I think Craig bought the one you're thinking of but yeah, it does appear to be very similar. No bids as of this post.

I always thought it would be kind of funny if Craig took a nap one day and Lauren stuck the plushie right next to his face. Craig wakes up and Lauren gets to see a live reenactment of the opening scene from Mac Daddy.
