For those interested in the "behind the scenes" stuff, the image of Frankie came from the old Adopt-A-Friend game a few years ago. Cleaning it up was a bit of a challenge but I've learned all sorts of tricks that one can do with Paint. The background is a screencap of a much larger image, trimmed a bit so that Photobucket wouldn't laugh at me when I uploaded it. Don't ask me what inspired the words; they just came to me and since I was running out of time I used them. Two minutes to spare is much too close. I'm starting work on next year's card right after Thanksgiving 2009. In the search for an image of Frankie that was suitable I gave serious thought to using a pic of my beautiful Frankie Sim but I assumed everybody would rather see the original character. Next project, perhaps, and I do have an idea in mind. Stay tuned.
