What is it doing on the Sci-Fi channel? I mean, I guess maybe because all the bad guys are deformed, but birth defects are not sci-fi....

Wow. Sure, it was inaccurate in that the Wise Men should have arrived about a year later, b ut... wow. Everything else was... wow. They even made Gabriel accurate, so far as his appearance should have been.
