Frankie's Voice To Be a Mom in January!
 

Grey DeLisle is expecting her first child - a boy- in January according to her MySpace.com blog.

Hooray for her! Although, y'all realize that this could delay new episodes being made, OR result in Frankie having much less, if any, time in the new episodes, depending on when they wind up in production.

Well, Season Five is all but complete from what I am hearing. It usually takes about four to six months for episodes.

I hope this dosen't delay Frankie's appearances which were real high this past season.

Well congraguations for her!:D I just hope she finds time for her kid and time to voice Frankie.:P

When I first read the topic title, I was very happy. Grey DeLisle has of course become one of my favorite voice actresses, and I hope things go well for her and her new child.

But reading PBL's post, I'm going to be honest.

I am scared and frightened of Frankie's future.

Ideally, I would want them to halt production for a few weeks-to-a-month to allow Grey to relax after giving birth and spend time with her child...

...but I'm starting to think Cartoon Network, firm in their "Foster's 5 and Cheese forever, Frankie who?" mentality, could force the Foster's crew to reduce or even completely PHASE OUT Frankie in future episodes.

If the latter happens... I'm sorry, but I'm going to be deeply disappointed and saddened.

That would also mean Mandy would be cutout, then it's just"The Grim Adventures of Billy". :/

If Tara Strong can do it (she has two children of her own -- I think two), so can Grey. It's definitely possible.

Which would be very grim indeed. :P
