New Terrence Fic...
I wrote a new fic when I came home from Band last night... It's PG, so I'll give the link:
http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3197835/1/ Comments, anyone?? It's short. -Marty :goo: |
Cute story. I guess the world needs more stories about Terrence being - or trying to be - musical.
(I dunno if you know it, but I wrote a story, Edge, where Terrence takes up cello because if he doesn't take band in summer school he won't get into high school. I hate it now though.) |
I actually did not know about that, and I certainly hope you don't think I was stealing your plot.
I'll have to look that one up... Thanks!!! -Marty 8-) |
That was very good. I like the compound/complex thing.
Whoever said guys can't play the Flute should have seen Ian Anderson from the 70s band Jethro Tull. He was a big bearded Scotsman who looked a bit like Groundskeeper Willy from the Simpsons. He made the Flute rock. Actually I was at a gig last night where a girl did something similar alternating between Flute and Clarinet. It was really good. So maybe Terrence should try the beard thing and go all Jethro Tull. |
I'm in the flute section in band, and my best guy friend also plays flute. He is always irritated that people make nasty comments about him.
I threw that in because it's always an inside joke now between my friends in band. And Terrence seemed like the type of person who would antagonize flute players. Ha. Well, it was fun writing it. -Marty :goo: |

Just don't make Terrence get the nickname Angry Flute Guy in future chapters (if you write any). ;) |
Woah, eeeerie. Nice fanfic: It's the only fanfic I've ever read actually... (I don't read a lot. They should be flash movies. ;))

hehe, me likey. I kinda know what you mean; I play the recorder, which everyone knows is that dinky little white thing you had to play in third grade. Exept I play the clarinet-sized version.
