Danged if we weren't right, gang. Lake Superior State University has put out their 2014 list of words and phrases that should be banned, and "selfie" and "twerking" did make the cut.

Twittersphere
Mister Mom
T-bone (as in an automobile accident)

Anything ending in -ageddon or -pocalypse
Intellectually/morally bankrupt
Obamacare
Adversity (football term)
Fan base
